Basic services: Preliminary
Project: We start from a basic sketch plan to scale, followed by on site
pictures and detailed description of the planned development of your garden. This
procedure is suitable for small size gardens and other specific areas
were a site inspection is not required.We can receive data and images
via internet ( maps, sketch plans CAD compatible and JPG format) and reply
with email or printed copies sent by courier.
The service includes: Plans to scale showing a perspective
view or 3D for the proposed garden layout with a comprehensive quote and
costs breakdown. This is the most convenient way to carry out a new small
size project.
Example
Detailed project: This
is a further step required for large and more complex projects. In this
case it is necessary to make a site survey in order to evaluate all
aspects for the new project.
This service includes: A preliminary sketch
plan layout with some perspective views; after some revisions and adjustments
we proceed on showing two or three final perspective views shifting of
soil if necessary, water reticulation, irrigation and lighting layout.
All done with an accurate estimation of costs and bill of quantities.
